Respiratory tract infections are the most common clinical disease, caused by a variety of pathogens, including bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma, chlamydia, etc.. Atypical respiratory pathogens mostly reply on laboratory method to detect because of its non-specific clinical symptoms. Immunofluorescence (IF), also known as immune antibody technology is a kind of fluorescein-labeled antibody (antigen) and antigen (antibody) positioning technology. The technology is advantage with no radioactive contamination and easy to operate with strong specificity, high sensitivity and fast inspection. These make it became one of the most commonly used clinical laboratory test methods.

Microscope Camera Used with ZEISS Primo Star
