LED fluorescence illuminator testing report 470nm/450nm

Testing background:Olympus CX22 microscope host, LED fluorescence illuminator in 470bm/450bm, beam spliter head, CCD camera MS31, CCD camera MC20-N Observation fluorescence dye sample:Thermal dye - auramine O - thermal dye rhodamine - dyed auramine O cold - auramine O - dye rhodamine cold - acid - dyed auramine O.

Testing purpose:Main wavelength of mycobacterium tuberculosis in the market is 455nm, standard configuration of our LED fluorescence illuminator is 470nm. The testing is confirm an d prove the difference of those two wavelength, so that fluorescence microscopy users to choose the suitable module.

Firstly, we take use of LED fluorescence illuminator in 450nm match with MS31 camera, fluorescence reagent is Hot dyed auramine O -- rhodamine, below is performance photo
