Testing purpose：Main wavelength of mycobacterium tuberculosis in the market is 455nm, standard configuration of our LED fluorescence illuminator is 470nm. The testing is confirm an d prove the difference of those two wavelength, so that fluorescence microscopy users to choose the suitable module.
